Almirall seeks to strengthen internal collaboration by adopting Smart Hub and Microsoft Teams. The goal is to encourage the use of
these tools, establish OKRs to measure their real impact on daily work and use real-time data with Power BI, allowing to adjust and optimize practices between teams.
Specific OKRs have been implemented to assess the impact of collaborative initiatives within the Almirall ecosystem.
The best practices agreed through the OKRs have been adopted more homogeneously in different areas of the company.
PowerBI reports have connected Microsoft Teams and Smart Hub data, providing detailed information on user behavior while ensuring anonymity. In turn, these insights have been key in making decisions to apply to areas of improvement.
